What. A. Day.

Today was one of those amazing, chaotic, joy-filled, non-stop days that reminded me exactly why we do what we do here at Hawaii Fluid Art. We spent the better part of the day pouring our hearts and minds into the development of our new Membership Platform—a project that’s been in the works for some time, and one that we believe will take the HFA experience to an entirely new level.

From coast to coast, our studios are filled with the sound of laughter, the joy of creativity, and the magic that happens when people let go of perfection and embrace self-expression. It’s those stories—the first-time artists who surprise themselves, the parents and kids bonding over color and canvas, the couples creating memories together—that keep us motivated and moving forward.

As a founder, the weight of building and growing a business never really disappears. It sits with you—through the highs and lows, the early mornings and the late-night brainstorms. But that weight? It’s made manageable, even light at times, thanks to the incredible team that surrounds me.

We’re not just building a platform—we’re building a deeper connection to our community, a way to offer even more value, more creativity, and more joy to our loyal students. Every button we design, every feature we map out, is done with love and intention. We know what this brand means to so many people. We’ve seen it in their eyes, read it in their reviews, and felt it in the energy of every filled class.

Is it easy? Absolutely not.
Is it worth it? Every single second.

There’s something truly special about watching your dream grow beyond you—watching it become a part of communities, families, and everyday lives. That’s what Hawaii Fluid Art is. And this new membership platform? It’s another way we get to say “thank you” to the students and artists who inspire us to work smarter, push harder, and show up bigger every day.

We’re so excited to share what’s coming. And if today is any indication of where we’re headed, we’re not just building a platform—we’re building a movement.

Stay creative. Stay inspired. Stay connected.
