How do I join the Hawaii Fluid Art Membership and Loyalty Rewards Program?
- It is super easy! Please visit our Membership website to view options and details.
What’s included in an Adult or Child Membership?
How long does the Membership last?
- All memberships are currently 6-month terms. Memberships are billed monthly on the same day each month as the original purchase date. Memberships will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current term. Email membership@hawaiifluidart.com 10 business days before the end of your membership term to give notice of non-renewal.
Can I cancel my Membership before the 6 months are up?
- Memberships are noncancelable. If you’re facing a personal situation, email membership@hawaiifluidart.com for support.
Can I transfer my Membership to someone else?
- Memberships are non-transferable.
Can I use my Membership at different Hawaii Fluid Art locations?
- Yes! Memberships are valid nationally and may be used at any participating studio per the membership terms and conditions.
What happens if I miss a month?
- Monthly experiences do not carry over if unused. If you’re facing a personal situation and are unable to utilize your membership, email membership@hawaiifluidart.com for support.
Can I share one of my monthly experiences with someone else?
- Monthly experiences are for the registered member only. You may use Loyalty Points to “Bring a Friend.”
How do I earn Loyalty Points?
- Loyalty Points are earned on eligible purchases. Eligible purchases are any purchases of additional art experience classes, upgrades and enhancements during your membership. You will earn 1 point for every $1.00 you spend.
- Loyalty points are not earned on gift card purchases or on classes purchased with public promotions or discounts. However, points are earned when using membership discounts.
When can I use the Points I’ve earned?
- Points become available after the event where they were earned has ended.
How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?
- Visit the Membership site to view available rewards and Loyalty Points levels. You redeem your Loyalty Points in the studio location in which they were earned.
How do I check my Loyalty Points balance?
- Log in to your Loyalzoo account to view your current balance. Members will receive a points notification message each time that they receive Loyalty Points.
Do Loyalty Points expire?
- Yes. Points expire at the end of your current membership or any renewal period.
Can I redeem Loyalty Points at more than one location?
- Points can be earned at any location, but can only be redeemed at the studio where they were earned.
I currently have a Loyalty Reward paper punch card. Can I still use my card?
- The paper Loyalty Reward punch card is our old loyalty system. Those that currently have a card, can continue to use that card. That card is not a part of this current Membership and Loyalty Reward Program. Membership visits or any experiences purchased through Membership discounts or Loyalty Points will not count toward the eligibility for more punches on the old Loyalty Reward paper card.
How can I update my personal details (address, phone number, email, etc.)?
- Log into your Loyalzoo account to make updates.
