Hawaii Fluid Art Danville’s Inaugural Summer Camp: A Creative Triumph
Our sister studio, Hawaii Fluid Art Danville recently concluded its first-ever summer camp in Danville, marking it a resounding success. Over two weeks, young artists immersed themselves in a diverse range of creative projects, fostering their artistic talents and building lasting memories.
Each day of the camp was thoughtfully structured to maximize learning and engagement. Mornings began with a teacher briefing, outlining the day’s exciting plans and activities. This was followed by a main activity where campers received hands-on lessons in various art forms. With new skills under their belts, the children then transitioned to working on their own projects, allowing for individual expression and creativity. Campers also worked as team on team projects and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each other, support each other and enourage when things didn’t go right.
The campers explored an impressive array of artistic mediums, including:
- Fluid art
- Resin crafts
- Slime making
- Ceramic painting
- Glass Painting
- Mosaic
- Hat making
- Custom tumblers
The fantastic two weeks culminated in an inspiring art show. This special event provided a platform for the young artists to display their projects in a gallery setting and speak about their experiences, sharing their artistic journeys and newfound passions with pride. The inaugural summer camp at Hawaii Fluid Art Danville proved to be a truly enriching and memorable experience for all participants.
